• Charles Leclerc

From his first kart race in 2005 to joining the Scuderia Ferrari as a works driver in Formula 1 in 2019, Charles has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top level of motorsport winning numerous titles along the way including the GP3 Series crown in 2016 and the FIA F2 championship the following year. Prior to that, he was the top rookie in Formula Renault and Formula 3. So it was no surprise that the Ferrari Driver Academy spotted the Monegasque driver’s immense talent and took him under its wing. In 2018, he took his first step on the F1 ladder when he was selected by the Alfa Romeo Sauber team. He finished in the points in several races starting with sixth place in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix making him the first Monegasque to score points in the F1 World Championship since Louis Chiron back in 1950! In 2019, his career received a huge boost when he replaced Kimi Raikkonen in the Scuderia Ferrari team where he partnered four-time World Champion, Sebastian Vettel. Charles enjoyed a stunning first season at the wheel of the red car scoring 2 wins, 10 podiums as well as clinching 7 pole positions and setting 4 fastest laps. 2020 has been highly impacted by the Covid 19 and the season was complicated for Ferrari and Charles who could only finished 8th in the standings. 2021 was a slightly better year as Charles finished 7th in the standings with 159 points. 2022 saw Charles returning to winning ways as Charles fought for the driver title to finish second in the end with 3 wins, 11 podiums and 9 pole positions. In 2023, Charles couldn't score any win but he was -again- one of the best in qualifying thanks to his natural speed (5 pole positions). He classified 5th in the final drivers standings.

  • James Calado

James is yet another driver who kicked-started his career in karting and since then he has competed in a wide variety of motor sport categories. He moved from karts to Formula Renault and in 2010 he came second in the British Formula 3 championship. His association with ARM started in GP2 with the ART Grand Prix team in 2011. In 2014, he was taken on as third driver by the Force India Formula 1 team, but it’s in the GT category that the 28 year old has really made his mark. In 2017, the Englishman became a works driver for Ferrari in endurance racing and clinched the WEC GT World Championship, which earned him the title of GTE driver no. 1 awarded by the prestigious magazine, Autosport. Calado continued racing the 488 GTE run by the famous AF Corse team in the WEC and won all the rounds of the 2018- 2019 Asian Le Mans Series driving for CarGuy Racing. And to crown what had already been a perfect year he scored a thrilling victory in the GTE category of the 24 Hours of Le Mans! Despite what is a very busy schedule, Calado is also finding time to race in the 2020 Weather Tech SportsCar Championship with the Risi Competizione team. In addition to his GT commitments, James has joined the ABB FIA Formula E grid for the 2019-2020 season driving for Panasonic Jaguar Racing.

  • Gabriele Mini

All Road Management signed the young Italian karting driver Gabriele Mini at the end of 2018. After many successes in the 60 Mini category Gabriele showed rare consistency fighting at the front and winning in the main Junior Championships in 2018. In OK-Junior, he was competing for victory in the principal championships in his first international season. In particular, he filled the runner-up spot in the FIA Karting Junior European and World Championships. Seduced by Gabriele’s talent and motivation, ARM decided to support his sporting career by integrating him into its line-up making the fourteen year old its youngest-ever recruit. In 2019, he continued his career at the highest level of karting in the top OK category with a programme focused on FIA Karting competitions and European and World Championships with the Parolin Racing Kart team that has accompanied him since the early days. 2020 represented an important step in Mini’s career as he jumped into single-seater racing in the Italian Formula 4 Championship with Prema Racing. After an impressive season, Gabriele clinched the title in Imola. He stepped up in FRECA for the 2021 and 2022 seasons where he finished runner-up. In 2023, Gabriele moved to FIA F3 to race with HiTechGP. Despite discovering the streets of Monaco, Gabriele won the feature race which was the highlight of his season. In 2024, racing with Prema Racing this time, Gabriele fought till the end of the season for the title but had to settle for 2nd.

  • James Wharton

James Wharton is a 14-year-old Australian kart driver currently competing internationally in his first season in the premier class, OK, with the official Parolin Racing Kart factory team. James started racing karting in Australia at the age of seven. He then shone in the most important single-brand world challenges before making his debut in FIA Karting competition. 13th in the World Junior Championship in his first season in 2018, he also won the KA 100 Junior class in Las Vegas at the SKUSA SuperNationals. In 2019, in his first full season in OK-Junior, he achieved top results: 9th in the European Championship, 4th in the Italian Championship and 2nd in the legendary Winter Cup in Lonato. Despite an injury, he was fighting for victory in 2nd place in the World Championship when he was stopped by a mechanical problem. He was again victorious at the SKUSA SuperNationals in Las Vegas in the X30-Junior category. An official Parolin Racing Kart driver, James is involved in the development and tuning of the equipment thanks to a very good rapport with Albino and Marco Parolin. His discovery of OK, the top category in karting, was interrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic. He restarted competition in July 2020 with the aim of making it into the international top five. James Wharton plans to continue his career as a single-seater driver with a first step into F4 as soon as he reaches the required age.

Jack raced in a local junior karting competition at Game Over, Gold Coast where he won against much older competition. 2022 was the year of the first taste of single-seater for Jack who will race in Italian F4 from 2023. Since joining All Road Management at the end of 2022, Jack’s development, and meteoric rise in F4 is undeniable. He has steadily improved through leaps and bounds from when he first started in F4 UAE until his last race in SEA F4 when he won the Drivers Title. Credit should also go to Jack for putting in the effort and for believing in our advice and guidance. We are continuing the work with Jack in 2024 for a second year in F4 UAE and F4 Italian Championship to fight for top honours.

The Argentinean ARM driver is proof that single-seaters are not the only option when it comes to a full-time career in motor sport. “Pechito” has driven practically every type of racing car. Following his debut in karting, he moved up to single-seaters winning the Renault V6 Eurocup after which he competed in F3000 and the GP2 Series before moving to Renault F1 as a test driver. By scoring a raft of victories Pechito became the benchmark driver in touring car racing in Argentina, which opened the doors of the Citroën team in the WTCC to him where he won the world title three times on the bounce. In 2017, Jose-Maria proved his skills as an all-rounder by making his debut in not just one, but two series tackling Formula E and the FIA WEC in LMP1 as a Toyota works driver. After three seasons racing in both categories, he decided to focus on the LMP1 category in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing.

In 2016, he was signed up to the prestigious Ferrari Driver Academy. He progressed at lightning speed and in 2017 his move to single-seaters was crowned by a sensational debut season in which he won the Italian F4 Championship and filled the runner-up spot in the German equivalent. In 2018, he was fifth in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and fought for the title the following year in which he again finished in the runner-up spot with the Prema team. Caio began karting in his native Sao Paulo when he was only 7 years old. Having shown great potential, he moved to Europe and soon made people sit up and take notice by winning the title of best Rookie of the Year in the 2015 European Championship. He finished third at the Junior World Championship and in the Rotax Max Grand Finals. In 2017, the teenager’s first year on the books at All Road Management, he moved up to the next level in the OK category with Birel ART clinching sixth place in the CIK-FIA European Championship. Collet made his single-seater debut in 2018 in the UAE Formula 4 Championship scoring a victory and bagging two pole positions. His next challenge was the French F4 series in which he put on a stunning performance racking up seven wins and sealing the title with one round to go. Following his success in F4, Caio joined the Renault Sport Academy and continued his progress through the junior formulas racing in the Formula Renault series with the R-Ace GP team. He ended the season as best rookie in 2019. In 2020, he is continuing to fly the R-Ace GP colours and his aim is to fight for the Eurocup title.

Felipe Massa came within a whisker of clinching the F1 World Championship title in 2008. Although he didn’t win that year, he would easily come out on top in any championship for enthusiasm for the sport! This can be seen from the fact that having retired from Formula 1 at the end of 2017 as the veteran of 270 Grands Prix, he has now embarked on a new racing adventure. In Formula 1, he scored 11 victories driving for Sauber, Ferrari and Williams. Since 2019, he has been competing in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship driving for the Venturi Formula E Team. Felipe brings a wealth of experience to what is still a fledgling series that is a standard bearer for the future of “clean and green” racing. Of course, the Brazilian has a very special place in the All Road Management family as his name was the first to be registered in the company’s driver portfolio all those years ago.

  • Daniil Kvyat

Perseverance is an essential quality for a racing driver and Daniil Kvyat is the living embodiment of this. Fast-tracked to F1 with Scuderia Toro Rosso in 2014 after winning the previous year’s GP3 series, the Russian got off to a flying start becoming the youngest driver to score points on his F1 debut with a ninth-place finish in the Australian GP. He did enough that year to impress his bosses who switched him to the Red Bull Racing team for 2015. He came seventh in that year’s World Championship with a best result of second place in the Hungarian Grand Prix. In 2016, he was back on the podium with a third place in China. After that, a few inconsistent drives led to him being sent back to Toro Rosso midway through the year. Daniil and the team parted ways after the 2017 USA GP despite finishing in the points in that race. Although it had been a tough few years for Daniil his undoubted talent was recognised by Ferrari, which took him on as an F1 simulator driver in 2018. Kvyat made his comeback to the F1 grid in 2019 in what would be the Scuderia Toro Rosso’s last season as from 2020 onwards the team will be known as Alpha Tauri and the only Russian in F1 is determined to give the new team great results.
